Yangshuo is not only the paradise for back-packers, but is also a very interesting and exciting place to visit. It lies in the northeast of Guangxi Province and to the southeast of Guilin. With a long history of 1400 years, Yangshuo has been a dream place for many tourists who want to see the beautiful natural landscape and the real Chinese countryside life.

Yangshuo has so much to see that it’s hard to pinpoint what are the best sites. Big Banyan Tree Park and the Moon Hill are two very famous sights in Yangshuo and you won’t want to miss seeing them. Visitors can climb up to the top of the Moon Hill via the 900 stone stairways to see the panoramic fantastic view of Yangshuo. Be sure to bring your camera for this. (more…)
